We collect the information you provide when you create an account, join leagues, or contact support. This includes your email address (used for transactional messages and newsletters), the username you choose, and any content you submit, including messages in league chat. We do not collect your first or last name. We also automatically log IP addresses, device information, and usage details.

How We Use Data

The collected data is used to operate and improve Pickr Golf, communicate with you via email for transactional messages and newsletters, and ensure the security of our services. Aggregate or de-identified data may be used for analytics.

Data Retention

Account information is retained for as long as your account remains active. Log data and backups may be stored for up to 90 days. We may retain some information to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.

Chat Messages

Messages you send in league chat are visible to other members of that league. Chat history is retained until the league is deleted. You may delete your own messages at any time; however, deleted messages may remain in backups for up to 90 days.

Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your personal information in your account settings or by contacting support. You may also request a copy of your data or object to certain processing activities. We will respond to all requests within a reasonable timeframe.
