By accessing or using Pickr Golf you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you affirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Accounts

Pickr does not host paid contests, manage user wallets, or collect or distribute league funding. Any external agreements among participants—such as when a league host collects entry fees or holds funds—occur outside the service, and Pickr has no responsibility or liability for those activities.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Pickr Golf. By posting content, you grant Pickr Golf a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the service.

All software, designs, text, and graphics, unless otherwise noted, are the property of Pickr Golf and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or distribute any portion of the service without prior written consent.
